Hormone Fitness Series Workshops



Dear Pod Squad (do you like that name?? or too much??),


As you know, at the Pod Health Co, we are dedicated to empowering women through every stage of life by providing the tools and knowledge needed to maintain hormonal balance and overall well-being. In response to our ongoing focus on women’s health advocacy and our concern for gender health inequity, we are pleased to introduce our Hormone Fitness Series of workshops for the remainder of 2024.


This series will delve into key stages of hormonal health, drawing on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and practical at-home strategies that participants can easily incorporate into their daily lives. The workshops will be hosted in a relaxed and supportive environment, encouraging open discussion and shared learning.


Workshop Series Schedule:

  1. Menarche (First Periods) for Teens: Tuesday 10 Sep 2024 6pm - 7pm

    • Focus: Guiding young teens through the early stages of menstruation with confidence, using TCM principles and practical advice.

  2. TTC (Trying to Conceive) Years: Tuesday 8 October 2024 6pm - 7pm

    • Focus: Supporting those on their fertility journey with insights from TCM and steps to enhance reproductive health.

  3. Preparing for Peri-Menopause: Tuesday 5 November 2024 6pm-7pm (Melbourne Cup Day)

    • Focus: Providing women with knowledge and tools to manage the transition into peri-menopause smoothly and with resilience.

  4. Menopause & Beyond: Tuesday 3 December 2024 6pm-7pm

    • Focus: Offering guidance on maintaining well-being during and after menopause, with a focus on long-term hormonal health.


Workshop Details:

  • Location: Pod Health Co Clinic

  • Format: Informal group setting

  • Capacity: Limited to 15 participants per workshop

  • Duration: 1 hour per workshop

  • Cost: $20 per person
